Unfortunately Voicebox Comedy is no longer a regularly running night, but feel free to have a look through the website.

However, Marcus Keeley is gigging and producing content online.

Voicebox Comedy makes a name for itself as an “alternative” comedy night within the local Belfast amateur scene. Founded by Marcus Keeley in 2008, it hosted a wide variety of local acts you see on stage today.

Built on a strong foundation of traditional stand up comedy, it features less “mainstream” humour, and more of the lesser-used mediums such as surrealism, sketches, character skits, short films, songs and comedy lectures.

Stay tuned to our Facebook page and Twitter for any announcements.

You can also whet your appetite by reading this blistering review by Culture Northern Ireland of our February 2015 gig here.

“…the sheer level of invention thrown up by each Voicebox event is truly inspiring, as is each contributor’s bravery and commitment to moving on to something new each time.”
